We all know the song… Summer Loving, had me a blast. Summer Loving, happened so fast… As we head down the beach and sit on the porch of our Jersey Shore rental or lounge in the yard of our beach house, most of us can sing hit song from the musical Grease. We saw the…[Read More]
Is there really a difference between 60 degree days in March or April and 60 degree days in September or October? Isn’t the temperature the same? We’re out of January with a grand total of ONE inch of the white stuff. Point Pleasant Beach received a mere dusting and we can now move into February without backaches from shoveling! We can focus our attention on the Big Game! Apparently, folks aren’t supposed to print the words “Super” and “Bowl” in that order when referring to the…Big Game. Funny. The Jersey Shore is populated by Jets fans, Eagles fans and a smattering of support for many NFL teams – even the Patriots. But this Sunday, all eyes will be focused on the huge spectacle of music, commercials and oh yeah, football. The fact that the New York/New Jersey representative is called the “Football” Giants is pretty cool. Even if you don’t root for “Football” Giants, we can all agree that it does make it extra interesting this Sunday because we all know a Giant fan. You may not like that annoying co-worker. You may dread being around your loud brother-in-law. Or you might have a salsa-loving cousin that could use the good news. In any event, while we’re doing a few more summer rentals this weekend, get ready for the Big Game and enjoy the added drama the Football Giants provide.
