In order to truly move into the New Year, we must look back at the last 365 and gauge what we learned. We learned that more summer rental homes are moving to weekly rentals. We learned that the elevation of a house is the new “location, location, location.” We learned that summer rentals at the Jersey Shore have bounced back from Sandy. We learned that Jenga blocks, really big Jenga blocks are used to hold homes in the air after they have been lifted. We learned that neighbors are still neighbors and we are all still helping each other out. What will we learn in 2015?
