Don’t beat yourself up for not making down to the beach in
December during the days of 60 degrees. Don’t yell at the mirror
because you missed your chance to put your toes in the sand and see
Christmas lights on houses at the same time. Don’t take out your
frustration on the snowman your kids just built because you spent
December talking about the mild temps without doing anything about it.
You are most likely still a good person. You missed your opportunity.
Take a deep breath and make up for it with a trip to the snowy
boardwalk. The beach still looks amazing in a white blanket. Heck,
come down and take your holiday card picture for next year! Now you’re
taking advantage of an opportunity!
